Property Management and Real Estate

Property Induction and Management

Property own or third pary is inducted detail, with/ without snagging services. Property taken with its commercial proposition, views, locations, rooms, furniture and fictures, movable as well as important immovables recorded for managed / own property. Property info management dashboard for real time visibility and management.

Rent, Sales, Home Care Services

Rent / sales of managed and un managed properties routed through real time availability. Home care services are extended to properties through contractual agreement for a period or adhoc. This is routed through a procedure flow in order to complete the request and communicate in time including payment follow up.

Tenancy Contractual Complexity

Process flow set in ERP for New or renewal tenancy contracts. Tenant invoicing and receipts of rental, security, utilities, registration expenses and service charges accounted automatically. Follow up and settlement of utilitites and registration expenses, third party commissions, and security. Rental payment to Owner directly or recieving and paying to owner are routed through a business intelligent board.

Agent management

Third party or staff agents are shared with commissions, its claim, approval and allocation processes routed through a process flow. Real time payment settlement mechanism and payable and under approval figures.

Maintenance Management

Invoice Processing

Invoice processing and receipts posting done in Tenancy posting dashboard, where in updates of receipts and to whom to pay recorded and confirmed. As per the receipts the invoice accounting is happening as it routed through settelement processes.

Mobile application

Hand over, hand back and inpsection of a property are doing in this mobile application. Attaching phots, drop down status, remarks, client signature are feature to complete an action. Assinged hand over , hand back and inspection properties appear as per login user.

Finance and Accounting

Payroll Processing, confirmation, posting and payment process routed trough a systematic process flow. Overtime will be calculated from time sheet used for cost accounting in projects and other industries. Appraisal and dedctions once approved will be automatically calculated as per effective date.
End of service Benefits such as Indemnity, leave salary and anuual travel allowance automatically calculcated for monthly posting. Disbursement of leave salary and travel is considered through a process, approval and payment. Resignation or Termination calculations done automatically as per the predefined calculation matrix.
